"Hi, my name is Ryan Jones. I am a Senior at the Richland Collegiate High School who is transferring to UTD in the Fall of 2017. I'm majoring in actuarial science, which involves using analytical skills and the management of risk in order to help organize plans for the future. In my free time, I like to edit photos in Photoshop, listen to EDM, run and jog, and play video games. I ride the DART train and bus to school everyday. I try to earn earn all A's and never miss class.
Lately, I've been working on my Capstone project. I have researched reasons why renewable energy has not become very prominent in the United States. So far, I have found that our economy cares little about the environment and that the main concern is the money they earn. I believe that the economy is driven by the people, the consumers, so I decided that I would create an advertising campaign to encourage homeowners to purchase clean renewable energy.
